表面上是经济放缓，实质上是产业升级停滞，没有高新产业，无法继续提供高薪岗位。
无法做大蛋糕，又没法分 ...

最近刚好课程有涉及科技进步的内容，资料大意是：自1991到2012，平均每年实际工资的涨幅在英国是1.5%，美国是1%。第一次工业革命后，英国人们的生活水平也只有有限的提高。

所以从历史角度看，指望科技进步来拯救资本主义世界危机，有点不切实际。
